the-hidden-shop.com Making a purchase is easy and straight forward. Just browse the store and add any items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping click on the checkout button and you will be asked for a few details to complete the order. When placing an order the full cost will be shown before any payment is requested.
PAYMENT
We offer a safe and secure service through Paypal which accepts most credit and debit card payments. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase this way.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Free postage is only available for deliveries within the UK. Shipping costs for overseas orders will be calculated at checkout.

FREE FIRST CLASS DELIVERY IN THE UK UNLESS STATED

Delivery Schedule:-
On receipt of your order and payment clearance we will despatch your goods as described above. Once goods have been despatched we will advise you by email.
If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.
If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment.
We aim to despatch goods within two working days of payment being received/cleared.
Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery ONLY £3.70 (Excl. Sat. Delivery). Payment of goods after 12 noon will be despatched the next working day.
Delivery Policy:
Delivery will only be made to the cardholder's registered address or the cardholders place of work which may need to be verified before despatch. We will not in any circumstances delivery to any other address.
Please note that for any items that are returned to us by Royal Mail as uncollected from their sorting office, we will not provide a second free delivery for customers who would still like the order.  We will contact the customer for the delivery charge before we despatch it a second time.
Tax Charges:
The price is inclusive of any payable V.A.T. in the U.K.
Warranties:
You warrant that the information entered onto the Order Form is true.
Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976) your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement.
Returns Policy:
Please email us to advise in the first instance and we will issue a Returns Form which must accompany your package. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of purchase in its original condition(unused with tags intact) and packaging (eg box). Any extensions of this time period offered on the website must comply with this policy. We will refund the product price, but we will not refund postage costs.
Please ensure your name and address are clearly visible on the return form.
If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.
We recommend that you send recorded delivery/obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

Faulty Goods:
Please email us to advise in the first instance. We make every attempt to ensure that the goods leave the premises in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that there is a fault please return the Goods to the above address together with a full description of the fault. We will arrange to forward a replacement subject to availability or in the event that we are unable to replace the item we will provide a full refund. If the item fails prematurely please return the product to the above address, together with a description of the fault. The product will be referred to our supplier for inspection and possible repair before a full refund can be issued. We recommend that you send recorded delivery/obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

An e-mail acceptance of order will be issued, however this does not indicate a contract exists.
Contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist only when an invoice via e-mail is sent by the-hidden-shop.com. This invoice is effective regardless of whether or not you have received the e-mail.

This also applies in the case of error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services or the order itself.
COLOURS AND TEXTURES. Whilst every attempt is made to reproduce colours and textures and maintain consistency, slight variations will occur particularly in leather goods where the natural grain and colourings will vary. We therefore cannot guarantee the accuracy of the photographs in this respect.

Once a transactiion has been completed all records will be destroyed. In accordance with the Credit Data requirements we do not disclose any information to third parties.
