CONTRACT
An e-mail acceptance of order will be issued, however this does not
indicate a contract exists.
Contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist only when
an invoice via e-mail is sent by the-hidden-shop.com. This invoice
is effective regardless of whether or not you have received the
e-mail.
Price and availability information is subject to change without
prior notice.
The-hidden-shop. com are free to withdraw from a prospective
contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the
case of error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any
description applied to the goods or services, the availability of
the goods or services or the order itself.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
2nd class standard delivery on all goods. If you require alternative
arrangements please email your requirements. The cost of alternative
deliveries are born by the customer.
If your order is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Special
Delivery or Courier, the parcel will have to be signed for therefore
please provide us with an appropriate address for you to receive the
goods.
UK
At the present time all purchases will be delivered to a UK address
only
EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act we
provide you with a seven day “cooling off” period from the date the
order was placed. If within this timescale you wish to cancel your
order or return the Goods, we will accept the returned Goods
providing they are unused and with all labels etc still attached.
The refund will be in the form of the original payment method. You
will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods.

ARRANGEMENT.
FAULTY GOODS
We make every attempt to ensure that the goods leave the premises in
perfect condition. In the unlikely event that there is a fault
please return the Goods to the above address together with a full
description of the fault. We will arrange to forward a replacement
subject to availability or in the event that we are unable to
replace the item we will provide a full refund.
If the item fails prematurely please return the product to the above
address, together with a description of the fault. The product will
be referred to our supplier for inspection and possible repair
before a full refund can be issued.
POSTAGE ON RETURNED GOODS
If you return the product because it is unsuitable you will need to
pay the postage costs to return it to us.
If the product is returned due to it being faulty we will refund the
postage once we have referred the product to the supplier for
inspection.
All returns will be charged back to your original payment method.
We recommend you use recorded delivery or
registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against
loss.
Please note our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
as a consumer.
PRIVACY POLICY
The-hidden-shop.com uses the information provided in order to assist
you with your purchase. No information about you is stored other
than your name, address and customer number to assist with future
purchases. We do not disclose information to third parties or hold
information which is not relevant, appropriate and timely in
accordance with the Credit Data requirements.
Limitation of Liability
No person(s) associated with, or employed by, the-hidden-shop.com
will be liable for damages arising out of, or in connection with,
the use of this site. This applies without exception to all damages
of any kind, including and without limitation, all compensatory,
direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or
profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
ILLEGAL ACTS
It is a crime to use a false name and address. Anyone caught
wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be reported
to the appropriate authorities.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time
to time. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine
whether these terms and conditions have been changed.
If you do not agree with the existing Terms and
Conditions or to any future changes you should stop using the site
